This amazing waterfront home presents a true entertainment oasis. This Key Colony gem provides endless fun in the sun. Whether you’re fishing, boating around, or simply relaxing in your shimmering private pool with waterfall, your options here are endless. No need to worry about pesky bugs, there is a large screened-in lanai with a 46″ outdoor TV. Grill out and dine on the covered lanai or by the pool.

Inside, you’ll find exquisite furnishings. The property presents a roomy primary suite – as well as a huge ensuite bathroom. Unwind in the expansive great room, with 2 dining areas. The well-equipped kitchen provides ample counter space and a full suite of appliances. 1st floor also includes a full guest bathroom and a 2nd bedroom/office. The second floor has a 2nd guest suite with king bed, also a queen room and a double X-long twin room. Relax on the large balcony overlooking the pool and canal.

Great Stay in Marathon
